I’ve been on a mission for the past 17 years to build the most powerful toolbox possible for personal evolution and healing, and I’m here to share everything I know to help you live your fullest, most empowered life.
From Michigan to Chicago to Sydney to Thailand to NYC to Costa Rica to San Francisco, I’ve studied with every expert I could find and diligently practiced body/mind/energy arts on myself and thousands of clients since 2005. I’ve made a habit of challenging my own limiting beliefs, breaking down unnecessary walls, and generating more courage and self love than I once thought possible; I now believe that all of life is a choice, that there is potential everywhere, and that where there is dedication and desire anything is possible.
Professionally, I have managed large wellness centers and yoga training programs in NYC, worked independently as a Body/Mind Therapist in Sydney, NYC and San Francisco, served as a therapist at alternative drug treatment centers in Costa Rica & Mexico, and currently work as a Somatic Psychotherapist and Coach in private practice in Los Angeles and online.
My style is warm, joyful, compassionate, and real. I truly care for the life and potential of every client and find great purpose in sharing this work.
