I’ll then get in touch for a 15 minute consultation to talk about your interest in therapy and see if we’re a good fit. We will also discuss fees, scheduling, and address any basic procedural and logistical questions you might have. 


My office is located at 1231 Market St. in Downtown San Francisco, steps from the Civic Center metro stop. If you have mobility limitations or are not local but do live in California, I am also available for ongoing phone or video therapy.


I do not take insurance but can provide invoices for you to give to your insurance. You’ll need to discuss with your provider what they are willing to cover.  
I offer some sliding scale fees based on your need and my availability.


Our initial meeting is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss your needs and for me to gather relevant information to your concerns and interests. If we decide we are not a fit, I will offer you support in getting appropriate referrals to meet your needs. 

The first two or three sessions give us some time to clarify your goals and create a mutually agreed upon course of beginning our work together. This includes getting an experiential sense of how I work and discussing some beginning assessments relative to your presenting concerns.

Sessions are 50 minutes long.
